This book is a collection of musical arrangements by Al Cofrin for musicians intending to perform for Renaissance and Early Baroque dancers involved with Renaissance Festivals, and Historical re-enactment groups. The formats of the arrangements are setup to specify the number of repetitions required to match the choreography. The settings are inclined towards recorders which are typically the most popular instruments for large groups.
The introduction has a listing of sources for the music and the choreography for each of the dances both historical and Renaissance Festival related. The book comes spiral bound with clear plastic covers.
